Bolts when torqued are affected by two difference forces. The bolt stretches and twists. A Headstud will not twist as only the nut is torqued down.     Head studs

    They sent me studs with the wrong thread pitch. then refused my return because the I didn't have the original box.

    The studs fit my 1995 12v Cummins. almost all of the studs fit without a problem, the 6 short studs on the exhaust side were a bit too long and required drilling of the thread counterbore by 0.500" as well as the longest studs for the rocker pedestals required more than the 0.200" recommended milling set by arp's website. Box did not come with torque lube and was missing 3 washers but other than those things the set seems pretty solid and my head is now together.
