How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. Some smaller parts tend to arrive even faster - between 2-3 business days. Orders outside of the continental USA average 5-7 business days, depending on the time of year.
What are your shipping rates?
For orders delivered in the continental United States, all parts ship free. We are very conscious of our customer's needs to get high quality parts at low prices and this is one of the reasons our customers continue to come back and shop from us. Shipping rates vary for deliveries in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Guam and other U.S. territories./div>
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally to Canada and to all U.S. territories. We do not currently offer shipping to other countries. However, if you are in need of a custom quote, you can email us at sales@swperformanceparts.com.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be returned undamaged and unused and in their original packaging or are subject to a re-packaging fee. You can learn more about our returns policy on our returns policy page.

Am I responsible for return shipping costs?
Because we offer free shipping on all orders to you, we do require that you pay for return shipping if that part doesn't work out in the first 30 days. We aren't able to offer return shipping after having already covered the cost to orginally ship the order to you due to the ever-increasing costs of shipping each year. We hope you can understand this and we look forward to working with you to get you a refund or an exchange to the correct part.

What brands do you carry?
Southwest Performance Parts is proud to carry A-Team, our own brand of performance parts with over 20 years of quality and proven effectiveness. We also offer a few other brands as well. A-team is exclusively sold by Southwest Performance Parts.
Do you offer any promotions or discounts?
We do! If you sign up for our email program, you can receive up to 10% off your first purchase with us. By subscribing to our emails and text messages, you'll receive regular promotional offers on select categories and products.
